Over the next couple of weeks, we’re pleased to be hosting Itzatna Arts Collective as they create their performance and dining artwork Hanal Pixan. In their own words:

Dress in your finest attire for this immersive Day of the Dead celebration here in Birmingham! 

No need to travel 8000 kilometers to live an authentic Mexican celebration, come to Hanal Pixan or Food for All Souls this 26th of November and 3rd of December. An ancestral celebration of life and death from the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico and this is your chance to see it! 

Itzatna Arts Collective is preparing an unforgettable multimedia, multi-sensory experience for you to enjoy. 

Enjoy tamales, a delicious Mexican favorite, or help us build a Day of the Dead altar. There will be different interactive activities and performances for you to live a true Día de los Muertos experience.
